FALL, FALL, FALL, FALL!!!!!!

The Fall is filled with bright colors and cold nights and alot of Football, Soccer and Baseball and other fun activitys to be had. We love the Fall and everything that goes with it. The trees are changing and the mountains are beautiful!!!!!!!

ACTIVITY DAYS! (Shelby)

Last week we took the Activity Day girls to Mutual Dell to play some games and to have roasted hot dogs. This was my last day with my girls we had a blast and I am going to miss them but there are more adventures for me with the young women.

As always BASEBALL!!!

This fall Kaden's team is playing against 10year olds on Saturdays, despite they all look like giants, the crush is holding there own they have won a few games. They are playing in a Monday league and they are playing against their own age and winning, "crushing" all the teams and having a blast.

Safe at first. WEW!
Only 8 year olds can make sandcastles while they are warming up another pitcher.

They were playing a game that they were coming back from a some points they were down so they all put on their rally-caps, even the dads. They ended up losing by 2 but played and cheered hard.

SOCCER!

Last Tuesday was Zack's last soccer game, he loves soccer and does pretty good when he is focused they had a really good team, they were all boys and one girl and usually killed all the other teams so they had to play just 3 kids instead of 4 sometimes. It fun to watch the little boys.

Zack and Clayton waiting patiently for their game to start.
Zack getting to "hopefully" make a goal.

Canning, Canning and more Canning!!!!

Today is Friday and since our kids are in school now and Justin has friday's off from work we get creative with projects or I do and I am not sure why I do the things I do and drag Justin into the mix of things. Last week we decided or I decided to change the color on our front door to black to match the new roof so I mentioned it to Justin and with some little excuses of why it isn't a good ideal, we started the project and a project it was, but in all looks great. This week I decided to mention canning and Justin again had a few reasons why we shouldn't do it and being the sport that he is, we were off on a mission. We found peaches and rasberries and little baby cucumbers and this is the ending result. I am so proud of my dear husband for being a sport and going along with my wild adventures because I know there is nothing that he would rather do then to stay home with me all day and cook. NOT!!! I love you Justin!!!!!!!

Tomorrow we are going to do grape juice and pears, but he doesn't know that yet! I will mention that in the morning. Ha Ha!!

The Big Hunt!!!!

This morning we woke up to the kids in full camo and playing that they were hunting different animals and going on these special hunts together. You can always tell when it is getting close to the bow hunt Justin and Hunter starts getting out their bows and practicing in the back yard. Kaden and Zack really want their own bows like Justin and Hunter's but they will have to share for now and in a couple years they will be big enough to get their own.

Kaden and Zack love to play hunting with each other, they would do this everyday if they could.

They even got on the internet and ran off pictures to put on the target so it looked like they were really going on these special hunts.

Justin and I were the cook's at the resturant while they were hunting, after they were done hunting they came in and ordered bisquits and gravy, bacon and orange juice.

Yes! I made homemade gravy, we actually got the recipe from Paula on the food network. She is my favorite. It turned out great.

Justin and I have decided that we are going to miss these special times when they get older and don't know how to stop the aging process. We were discussing if there was a special potion to keep them young forever.
